Poor or Improper Lighting — OSHA can also cite you for not having the proper lighting. OSHA publishes a table that shows minimum illumination intensities in foot-candles for various areas in the shop.
Of course there are many other safety issues that you should look at in and around your shop, such as cords across the floor, GFIs, clear doorways, safety goggles, etc.
It's only a matter of time before OSHA comes knocking, so be prepared.
