A countertop maintenance brochure will be left to help you in caring for your new countertop.
This list can save time for you and your workforce. I have said it before in articles, but it's worth repeating— you can't replace man-hours. The more often you stop, the less profitable that job becomes.
Please take special notice of the part concerning water and gas lines. You could have an example handy showing what a correct water and/or gas shut-off should like. Ask the customers to review their shut-offs to determine if they need to have work performed before you arrive with their tops.
Using these suggestions should save you a lot of money and aggravation in the future. If you and your client have discussed the above items in detail and your client has signed off, then you have a leg to stand on if they fail to fulfill their part of the agreement. So before you build that top, build your checklist.
