Your Company Is Only As Healthy As Your Employees
Shop Management

Well, now back to my sad story. After the doctor's visit I made a commitment to take care of myself. Instead of a doughnut for breakfast, I have yogurt, fruit and a protein bar. Lunch is no longer a Big Mac but something low-fat. Dinner has always been balanced, but the beer and chips before bed is now a bottle of water. One or two beers are now reserved for the weekend only. Couple all that with an exercise program and I have seen good results. My blood pressure and cholesterol are back to normal and I have lost 25 pounds.

In life everything has to be done in a balanced way, including our health. Small changes gradually add up. Take time to look seriously at your health and encourage your employees to do the same. There is too much at stake not to.
