It also includes patented "Fire Jet" for honing or hydroflaming stone.

Belotti waterjet cutting systems
Waterjet Cutting Equipment

Stiles Machinery Inc. has announced the availability of Belotti waterjet cutting systems in the United States. The waterjet machining process delivers precise, intricate, high-speed cuts on all types of material. From aluminum to glass, stone to titanium, fiberglass to steel, the Belotti technology expands cutting options while optimizing productivity and reducing material waste. Belotti waterjet cutting systems are supported by the full range of Total Production Solutions offered by Stiles.

CNC Water Jet Machine
CNC Water Jet

The CNC Water Jet machine from Marmo Machinery USA is capable of cutting complex granite and marble countertops in a single pass. The CNC Water Jet cuts at 11.8 in. per minute on marble and granite thicknesses up to 4.7 in. These cuts are made by high-pressure water mixed with garnet, requiring no tools to change or stock. Electronic metering provides the correct mixture of abrasive and water for optimum machine cutting performance. The Water Jet can cut complex interior pockets that bridge saws can't without diamond tooling, and all tool movements are precisely controlled by a user-friendly CNC.

DARDI Waterjet Systems
Waterjet Systems

Richel Inc. announces the release of its DARDI waterjet systems, available in three standard table sizes. The product is a complete abrasive system that comes with the full support of the company including software and technical support, spare parts, installation and training.

HPX hard rock and HPA alluvial garnet abrasives
Waterjet Cutting Equipment

Barton Mines Company LLC offers a comprehensive line of high-performance HPX hard rock and HPA alluvial garnet abrasives that reportedly deliver consistent cutting performance for every waterjet application. HPX High-Performance Crystalline Abrasives have sharp edges, are fast cutting and produce less dust reports the company. HPA High-Performance Alluvial Abrasives is a workhorse for less demanding cutting applications. Barton has supply partners around the globe, domestic production facilities and regional distribution centers strategically located nationwide.

Intelli-TRAX
Waterjet Machining Systems

OMAX Corporation has developed the Intelli-TRAX, a traction drive that is closed loop to ensure high precision accuracy on large models of JetMachining Centers. The use of traction drive technology enables higher traverse speeds, which can reduce the throughput times when machining multiple and nested parts. The drive uses a linear encoder positioning system with a sensor to read position information from a precision linear tape scale attached to the beam assembly and also provides flexibility to extend the X-axis work envelope on large machine tables. Intelli-TRAX is fully enclosed inside coated steel covers and tracks along a hardened, precision-ground stainless steel shaft. With no components in the system requiring lubrication, the traction drive system requires little maintenance.

J-Class waterjet system
Waterjet Cutting Equipment

Calypso Water Jet Systems now offers the new J-Class waterjet system. It was designed for price sensitive buyers with simple requirements for a waterjet system. The Calypso Hammer Head and the Calypso LWA (large work area) waterjet system series offers many features such as dual cutting heads, mirrored-image cutting, next generation digital servo technology, digital abrasive feeder to control production costs and bridged gantry with multiple table size options. The systems are suitable cutting machines for the metal, glass and stone industries.

StoneCrafter
Waterjet Cutting Equipment

Flow Corporation's StoneCrafter, with 87,000-psi waterjet cutting, quickly cuts stone and engineered solid surface materials. It incorporates a design that combines the motion control, pump and high-pressure components of a waterjet cutting tool into one compact machine. It consumes minimal floor space, provides good operator access and is configured for easy material loading and unloading. The pump allows you to further increase productivity and lower costs with higher pressure reports the company.

Stremline PRO Pump
Waterjet Pump

KMT Waterjet Systems offer the Streamline PRO 90,000 psi waterjet cutting pump. With speeds up to mach 4 in water pressure, the pump has capability for the fastest waterjet cutting process in the stone and tile fabrication industries. Features of the pump include: continuous production of 90,000 psi to enable efficient cutting over lower pressure systems, a threaded stud design to utilize hydraulic tension, downward compatibility to 60,000 psi operational pressure when less force is needed, software with remote access and ability to network multiple pumps, multiple language controls, and dual pressure compensator.

Waterjet powered by Mitsubishi Electric
Waterjet Cutting Equipment

Waterjet powered by Mitsubishi Electric has many advanced programming capabilities. The new technology is a complement to saw cutting and routing; and enables straight-line cutting for countertops with the added flexibility of radius. Users can preserve accuracy while achieving complicated and intricate countertop inlay designs. The waterjet is available in three models: 2- to 3-axis Classica, 4-axis Suprema and 5-axis Evolution X5, plus several variations in table size. The line is available with one or two heads and features stainless steel tables for easier maintenance and cleaner cutting conditions.

Waterjet Unit
Waterjet Cutting Equipment

Waterjet cutting equipment is now within the working man's reach. Jordon Waterjets offers an abrasive waterjet unit with software able to adjust the waterjet's cutting speed based on the lines and corners of a drawing to achieve a precise and high quality finish. The waterjet's cut tolerance is +/- 0.1 mm with a repeatability tolerance of +/- 0.05 mm. Choose the best type of pump, layout, and size for your application. Select from among the company's 43,000- to 55,000-psi (pounds per square inch) pumps either direct-drive or intensifier type. Drawings can be designed in AutoCAD or similar programs and uploaded to the waterjet for simple cutting.
