SL-Laser Systems' ProDirector 4 layout system offers custom nested slab layout by projecting digitized contour drawings of the parts onto the slab in bright green laser light. The software allows the user to move and rotate each piece into place with an easy-to-use remote control. Parts can be quickly moved around or shifted as a grouped nest to get the best position for vein pattern or avoiding fissures and imperfections in the slab. Once in the nest is in place, the laser images are marked on the slab and moved along to the bridge saw and router. The laser light image on the slab offers an incredibly useful tool for homeowner approval that will definitely create a memorable experience and word-of-mouth referrals.

VIC International now offers the Slot TRT gantry saw from Denver. The saw was designed for simplicity, precision, performance and quality. The saw is simple to use with a rotating and tilting table that has positive stops at -45, 0, 45, and 90 degrees. The Siemens controller displays the x-, y- and z-axis and has next cut indexing. Linear guides assure precision, and because the saw is unibody, the table will always be square with the gantry. The adhesive is used when a fast permanent repair is needed to fix scratches, chips, gouges, cracks, and nicks on Natural and Engineered Stone. This adhesive incorporates a proprietary "Curing Sheet" that ensures a tack-free permanent repair. The adhesive is a single component acrylic that requires no mixing and is cured with a low dose of UV (Ultraviolet) light (385nm). Plexus' UV Stone Repair adhesive is non-yellowing, UV stable, and will not scratch or mar.

ACCU-SEAM VGi-1 specialty seaming system designed for use on all natural, engineered and "green" types of slab countertop products. The VGi-1, or Variable Geometry/Inside Corner, system gives countertop fabricators the ability adjust their inside mitered corner seams with each individual kitchen's varied geometry or the inside angles of the cabinets. The VGi-1 offers fabricators the ability to perform a curved inside mitered corner seam. The product eliminates the traditionally more difficult method of performing a sharp-angled turn in the mitered seam.
