EuroStone offers THIBAUT's complete line of CNC work centers - from 3- to 5-axes, and in a variety of configurations: classical, pass-through and multi-table.
All of THIBAUT's Series 800 CNC centers can be set up tocut and polish square cornered sink openings. The T812/T818 SERIES CNC centers can be fitted with a CNC controlled right angle drive, and a separate dedicated tool magazine for cutting/polishing operations. The right angle drive is treated as one of the main tools (in the main magazine) and is selected and attached to the spindle through a standard BT40 cone. The tools used by the drive mount through magnetic coupling. The vertical axis of the machine enables forming no-radius inside corners, and bringing them to the desired level of polish. This is also applicable to any inside corner such as found on L-shaped counter tops. All machines are driven by a simple software package, and feature adjustable downward air pressure on the spindle for polishing operations.

TITAN Digit-All CNC SlabCenter Option
TITAN Digit-All CNC SlabCenter Option

Park Industries has introduced the TITAN® Digit-AllTM SlabCenter option, an all-in-one CNC stone fabrication machine system for countertop production. The TITAN Digit-All option dimensions, shapes and edge finishes full slabs using just one machine, on one table, and with only ONE operator. The machine saves time and labor by eliminating material handling steps on separate machines. The Digit-All's footprint conserves shop space when compared to dual zone or shuttle table CNC systems. With just a few simple steps, fabricators can completely fabricate an entire slab at one station with finger-push part positioning. To call up programs, the operator points and-clicks a bar code reader. An overhead laser projects where the vacuum pods should be placed on the table. After pod placement, the operator starts the slab separation sawing cycle. An independently controlled CNC saw dimensions natural stone or quartz material. After the parts have all been separated on the slab, the edge finishing program is called up again by bar code and the parts are floated into position while on their pods by reverse vacuum air flow system. One operator can effortlessly guide the common-line cut separated parts to their edge-finishing location using the guidance from the overhead laser. There is no need for a second work table or a material handling system! The parts are then ready for shaping and edge polishing.
