The FALCON also has a 30-degree Corner Blade fixed on the nose of the spindle that can cut and separate an internal corner in one motion. The FALCON has an optional Undercut Blade System (UBS) to cut the slots for steel rods at 0-degree and 90-degree angles. The FALCON can be configured as a fully automatic cutting line.

JobTracker
JobTracker

Moraware JobTracker eliminates the time fabricators and installers waste on scheduling and paperwork, according to the company. JobTracker is scheduling and job management software that uses a web browser-based interface. It can be configured to manage the variety of jobs done by fabricators and other specialty contractors.
The software features a calendar with a spreadsheet of job information and instant access to the details of any job. The multi-user system allows changes made by one person to be immediately accessible to everyone in the office, shop and field using mobile devices. Dealers, builders and other customers may also log into the system to see dates and other information about their jobs.

Pro-Cart
Pro-Cart

The Omni Cubed Pro-Cart AT1 provides a solution to the challenges associated with large and cumbersome countertop installation carts. The cart is constructed from aluminum tubing, so it is strong and lightweight at only 46 pounds. Important for climbing stairs, the cart stays attached to the countertop when lifted and the 8" casters allow resting on stair treads. Pneumatic casters dampen vibrations and enable travel across rough terrain such as gravel or lawns. The wheelbase makes the cart very stable, even with large tops, and the cart's high ground-clearance allows "popping of wheelies" over larger curbs. Tops are secured by clamps located on each side of the cutout to reduce breakage in the middle. The optional upgrade kit enables the cart to be folded for easy storage (reduces cart width to only 9 in.). All Omni Cubed products are engineered, manufactured, and assembled in the USA and are covered by a one-year manufacturer's limited warranty.
