Stone Working Center Upgraded
Thibaut has upgraded its T 108 multifunction stone working center. The T 108 V4 includes an adjustable template to allow drainboard personalization. The table can now be inclinated 1 percent longitudinally and 2mm transversally. It also has a more rigid monobloc structure. The arms of the machine have been extended and it can handle pieces 2,600mm by 700mm (in front and on both sides) or contour a piece of 2,300mm by 850mm with a tool diameter of 80mm without moving the piece. It can now adapt easily rectilinear sawing.

Automatic Saw Blade Grinder
Colonial Saw offers the new uniMAX 750 automatic grinding machine, which sharpens carbide-tipped circular saw blades. It is fully enclosed and has a rigid machine base. The equipment has standard programs to accommodate all common tooth types on saw blades from 100mm to 750mm (4 to 30 in.) in diameter. The machine features a hydraulic clamping system that holds the blade rigidly during grinding, a large window to provide a clear view of the grinding wheel, and an internal diagnostic program.

Kaeser Compressors has expanded its line of ASV, BSV and CSV rotary screw vacuum packages. All units feature the proprietary Sigma Profile airend, designed for efficiency and lower energy costs. Duravit offers the new Starck X collection of bathroom furniture, developed with designer Philippe Stark. The new ceramic surfaces have white consoles and vanities splashed with vibrant colors or a lustrous platinum glaze. The line includes 16 ceramic pieces, five furniture and three bath models, such as a 180 by 90cm acrylic bath, shower trays measuring 100cm square, 140 by 90cm or 160 by 90cm, cube-shaped toilets and bidets, 40cm high and rectangular wash basins.

New Solid Surface Colors
Avonite Surfaces has introduced six new colors and reintroduced a seventh color because of high demand. Four of the colors are in the recycled color line: Palm Desert, White Sands, Crushed Lava and Cottonwood. The other three colors are in the Metallics color family and are Pearl, Teal Steel and Chocolate Silk.

Single Piece Vacuum Pod
The new NEMI Single Piece Vacuum Pod is made of aluminum, has the same height as all of the company's standard vacuum pods — 1.771 — but does not rotate and shift like slider pods. The pods are a part of a vacuum hold-down system for CNC machines as an alternative to traditional spoil board/clamping technology.
