Monument Toolworks offers the Compact V, a v-groover designed for solid surface v-grooving and backsplash coving for small- to mid-size fabricators. DigiCoder is a 2- or 3-axis digitizer designed for reverse engineering parts, patterns or templates you would like to see reproduced without point-to-point digitizing. Integra Adhesives Inc. offers its newly designed Static Mixing Tips and Cartridges. The 250ml Adhesive Cartridges and Bayonet Mixer Tips "with Wings" are made in North America and sold through the company's distribution network. The 250ml cartridge body is molded from impact-resistant Nylon 6 to eliminate freight damage or breakage in shop use and is also recyclable in most jurisdictions. Glass fiber reinforced polymers strengthen the cartridge to reduce sidewall flex and improve cure performance, reports the company. In addition, the coaxial outlet places the Activator in the centre of the adhesive stream to pre-blend components prior to static mixing. The added Static Mixing Tip feature is designed to work with the viscosities of the company's adhesives, and the "Quick Lock" attachment method provides a secure seal and eliminates the need for a screw cap. The spiral mixing element reduces back pressure for even cures and flow.
